Terms & Conditions

Our commitment to our customers-

(1)All treatments provided by The Moment A Massage Boutique will last for the specified duration purchased. i.e. a 60 minute treatment will last 60 minutes. All clients are required to complete a pre-treatment consultation form and will receive up to 5 minutes of consultation in addition to their treatment. Treatments will only be carried out if The Moment A Massage Boutique deems the treatment safe for the client to receive. GP/Consultant clearance may be required prior to providing treatments. Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that may affect your service when 

(2) Inappropriate behavior:

The Moment A Massage Boutique has the right to immediately terminate a treatment if the client exhibits inappropriate or sexual behavior. Payment will be collected for the full price of the treatment, provided that more than 10 minutes have been spent massaging the client.

Late Arrival: Your late arrival may limit our ability to provide full treatment and you will not receive an extension of your scheduled treatments.

(3)Cancellation Policy:

A booking is confirmed once The Moment A Massage Boutique and the client have both agreed on a date, time, duration and location for a treatment. If a cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the treatment, the client will not be charged. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the treatment, they will be required to pay a cancellation fee of €40 for each hour cancelled. This cancellation fee may be waived at The Moment’s A Massage Boutique’s discretion. The cancellation fee must be paid within 7 days of cancellation. The Moment A massage Boutique has the right to cancel a treatment with 24 hours notice. The Moment A Massage Boutique has the right to cancel a treatment without notice if the room or environment is unsuitable for the treatment to be provided or if the therapist becomes ill. The Moment A Massage Boutique has the right to cancel a treatment without notice if the client is under the influence of alcohol or is under the influence of The Moment A Massage Boutique is committed to re-arranging treatments at a new time and date within two weeks of the cancelled treatment where possible.

(4) Modification and terminations:

We may modify our Terms or terminate your use of our Booking Services (Online booking) at any time by giving notice of termination to you. Treatment prices may also change from time to time. We may also change, suspend, terminate or discontinue any aspect of our Booking Services (Online booking system), including the availability of certain features at any time for any reason.

(5) Coupons and gift cards:

Vouchers and gift cards can be used as payment for any available, advertised treatment. Vouchers and gift cards are valid for one use only. If the entire amount of the voucher is not used, another voucher will be issued for the remaining amount of the voucher. Vouchers and gift cards are only valid until the expiry date. Vouchers and gift cards are non-refundable.

(6) Comment forms:

Feedback forms will be sent to customers at the discretion of The Moment A Massage Boutique. Content may be used in promotional materials and on the website, with the author’s permission.

(7)Website Content:

Website content will be authorized and managed at the discretion of The Moment’s A Massage Boutique, including testimonials. Photographs will only be displayed with the consent of the individuals in the photograph. Photo consent may be obtained from The Moment’s A Massage Boutique verbally or in writing if the client completes a photo release form. You may request photo release forms by phone or email. We make no warranty or guarantee that our Website or any other aspect of our Online Booking Services will be fit for your intended use, error-free, timely, reliable, completely secure, virus-free, or available.

(8)Payment:

The Moment A Massage Boutique accepts payments in cash, by debit/credit card or via stripe and fresha applications.

(9)Confidentiality:

The details of the client’s treatment will not be discussed with anyone other than the client, unless the client is under 18 years of age or has a carer or guardian. Consultations will only be discussed with the client, unless the client is under 18 years of age or has a carer or guardian. Consultation forms and treatment notes will be kept on file, securely by The Moment A Massage Boutique. All clients must complete a consultation form before receiving The Moment A Massage Boutique treatments. By signing the consultation form, clients give permission for The Moment A Massage Boutique to hold records and data about them. Personal information will not be shared with third parties.

(10)New Customers:

Clients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. The adult must give permission for the treatment to take place. The adult must co-sign the client’s consultation form. The adult must be present in the room throughout the treatment.

(11)Complaints procedure:

If a customer wishes to make a complaint about The Moment A Massage Boutique, this should be sent to  themomentmassage@gmail.com . Complaints should include the date and location of the incident, the full name of the complainant and their details. All complaints will be taken very seriously and a response will be provided within 28 days.

(12)Intellectual property:

Moment A Massage Boutique, the logo, the name and all other intellectual property rights, trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the Website, the Services (whether registered or unregistered) are owned by us or our licensors (as applicable) and are protected by copyright laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the Website or the Booking Services or the content thereof. All rights reserved.
